My journey in eldercare is deeply informed by a confluence of personal experiences and the invaluable guidance of my mother. My service as an Army Medivac Crew Chief instilled in me a profound understanding of human resilience and the critical importance of compassionate care. These experiences, including caring for my grandfather at the age of 15, supporting my father following his bypass surgery, and ultimately navigating the complexities of my wife’s terminal illness, have profoundly shaped my perspective on the multifaceted challenges of caregiving. Furthermore, my experience as a successful home care business owner has provided invaluable insights into the realities of providing quality care and the profound impact it has on individuals and families.

Driven by the significant financial and emotional burdens associated with caregiving, I authored a book to raise awareness about the substantial impact of eldercare on both employees and businesses. By bringing these challenges to the forefront, I aim to foster a more supportive environment for caregivers and encourage businesses to embrace a more compassionate and sustainable model of eldercare.
